Splentis POP Tissue Anchoring System
Offers the ultimate technology for apical suspension and Sacrospinous Ligament (SSL) fixation.
Splentis is indicated for Vaginal Colpopexy providing a reliable apical suspension in minimal invasive surgery, through anterior or posterior approach.
Splentis unique TAS (Tissue Anchoring System) and RIG (Retractable Insertion Guide) technologies, together with the Reinforcement Implant bring you everything you need to treat your daily cases. If necessary, combine Splentis with colporrhaphy to correct more complex cases.

Bilateral Neoligament Complementary reinforcement implant
The surgeon may decide if native tissues are strong enough to be sutured and suspended or not. If they are not, the reinforcement implant made by polypropylene type I offers the option of achieving a more reliable anchorage in the area that will be suspended.
The reinforcement mesh acts as a BILATERAL NEOLIGAMENT, providing a second fixation instance, stable and definite at De Lancey’s Level I.
